Do you have everything on your website in stock?

We stock many, all clothing, lingerie, accessories and shoes (shoes are in two warehouses). This allows us to offer you the best selection of items and keeps our costs low so that we can also offer you the best prices!

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Will usually ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Will all of my items ship together?

If you buying footwear with clothing you may get 2 different packages from 2 different locations at NOT extra charge for you.

If you are waiting for a backordered item, we will not hold up the rest of the order - we will ship the bulk of the items when we have them.


What if I choose a faster shipping method, like Priority?

We will ship your item using the faster shipping method, please contact us for availability.

I need something tomorrow, how come I can't choose Overnight Shipping?

We will ship your item using the faster shipping method if item is in stock, please contact us for availability.

What will the packaging look like?

Whether your item is shipped direct from us or from one of our manufacturers, all packaging is unmarked and discreet, with no reference to lingerie or 4EverSexy.

When will I be notified of any backorders or discontinued items? When will backorders arrive?

We will notify you as soon as we are notified! Most often that is when we place our orders with our manufacturers, but on occasion we are not notified and our order arrives to us with items missing. Either way, we will send you an email immediately when we become aware of any backorders or discontinued items.

As a general rule, backorders are often cleared in about 2-3 weeks, but our suppliers cannot always predict when they will have items back in stock - please feel free to check back with us. We are no longer able to keep backorders open, as soon as we are notified of a backorder the item will be removed from the order and refunded if a charge took place.


How come my Order Status has not changed since I placed the order?

The only time your order status will change is when something is shipped - if the status remains unchanged, we are still waiting on some of your items to arrive to us for shipment out to you. As soon as they do, the items will ship right out and tracking information will be posted.

How come I haven't heard back from you?

First, make sure that you have provided us with an accurate email as this is our primary means of communication with you. Make sure that you also check your Junk mail or Spam mail, and that your filter is not rejecting our emails - this is the number one reason that our customers think they haven't heard from us!

In order for us to process customer orders as quickly as possible and get your items to you as quickly as possible, we must meet ordering deadlines and shipping deadlines throughout the day. Please help us to do that by giving us up to 24 hours to respond to your emails, although we make every attempt to get to them sooner.


What is your Return Policy?

We welcome your exchange or return within 15 calendar days of delivery confirmation. All items must be in perfect resalable condition, with original packaging and original tags intact - no exceptions! We cannot issue a refund if your return is not in this condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you received our Free Shipping promotion with your original order, a $5.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

We do not share any information ever, and we do not store information on our site. Our site is also monitored by Secure Site by GoDaddy.com, the industry leader in website security.

If I give you my email address, are you going to bombard me with email?

No, we do not believe in bombarding our customers with email. Please know that we do need to reach you occasionally about your order, so do make sure we have your correct email.

Can I do a local pickup?

If you are local to Elizabeth, New Jersey, we need to make special arrangements for a pick up. You must contact us in advance to see it we are able to meet your needs. If you would like to do a local pickup, contact our Customer Service Team

Other Countries - We accept PayPal only with Confirmed Address .

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO?

For clothing, lingerie, accessories Yes We do. For shoes and boots, Please contact us for availability, We ship all Shoes and Boots from 2 warehouses, 1 of our warehouse we ship only via UPS "Please note that all shipments to PO Box numbers and APO addresses must be sent using the United States Postal Service". and the other one ship only UPS if the item you order is not in our second warehouse we have to get your item from 1 warehouse to another to be able to ship via USPS with NOT extra charge for you. There will also be an additional 7 working days delayed shipping time. .
