How We Ship We use either UPS, US Postal Service Priority Mail or the US Postal Service Global Express Mail, depending on the shipping address: UPS Ground: US Postal Service Priority Mail: US Postal Service Global Express Mail: UPS Address Correction Charge: Please make sure your "ship to" address is complete and includes any apartment, suite, department or floor number information. UPS now charges for "Address Corrections" and WE WILL CHARGE that additional cost to your credit card when it is billed to us. NOTE: Shipping charges for orders sent to incorrect addresses and returned to us are not refundable. We also offer UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or Next-Day service to US addresses, ONLY if the items are in stock. The additional charges are $8.00, $10.00 and $18.00, respectively. Please note that UPS & USPS DO NOT guarantee 3 day delivery. SHIPPING CHARGES US ONLY
* Please note that any additional duties, custom charges, DDP, VAT, associated fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME Processing Time: In most cases, your order will be sent out the same day it is placed, if placed before 2pm PST and items are in stock. (Personal check orders are held for 10 business days for check clearance.) Your credit card will only be billed for the items shipped on the day the shipment is made. If expedited service (Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day) is requested and part of the order is not shipable, you will receive notice of the situation. If you choose to ship the in-stock items immediately, the remaining backordered items will be shipped via ground service as soon as possible at no extra cost to the customer. Transit Time: Orders shipped via UPS Ground will take as long as 6 business days (see map below). Orders shipped via the US Postal Service usually take about a week for domestic deliveries and within two weeks for international shipments... obviously, these estimates will vary greatly. Weekends and Holidays We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Please do not count weekends or holidays when calculating transit time. If you place an order for next day delivery on Friday morning, you will receive your in-stock items on Monday.  |
Returns
| We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturer's defect or sizing problems. If you have a defect in material, quality or the items was the incorrect size, you must notify Customer Service by email within 14 days of invoice date. After they have given you authorization for a return. All returns for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, might result in a 15% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred. Items returned MUST be in NEW, UNUSED Condition with non-damaged packaging. Damaged packaging (original manufactures box/packaging) will result in a $5.00 box fee. Do not mark or tape original box in any way. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. You must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. Failure to notify us within a 7 day period will result in refusal of your return. *We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once you notify us, you will be issued a RMA # which must be written on the outside of the package you send to us. Once you receive this number, you have seven days to return the item/s to us. Original manufactures shoebox MUST be shipped back with an outside carton, do not return shoes in only the original manufactures box. Any packages received without the appropriate RMA # written on the outside, or received after 7 days, will be returned to sender. All clearance sales and auction are final. It is recommended that you insure the package for delivery back to us. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or arrive damaged, due to shipping. Allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed. All authorized returns that meet above terms will result in a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase, or store credit. INTERNATIONAL Order.. Please ask as much question as posible. We do NOT recommend return/exchange on International order due to the distance of travel and high cost of shipping. Return on women's lingerie and costumes. By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Items must be received within 10 Business Days once return authorization has been obtained, no exceptions. 4EverSexyNj.com will credit your account within 10 Business Days.
